Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information Moon collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding your data. By using Moon you agree to the practices described here.
Moon is operated by LLSB ("we", "us", or "our"). If you have questions about this policy, contact us at privacy@llsb.com.
When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and a unique identifier from that provider. We do not receive or store your password.
We store your game history, scores, wins, losses, and in-app settings so your progress is preserved across devices.
We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymised information about how you interact with the app (screens visited, session duration, feature usage). No personally identifiable information is included in analytics events.
Firebase Crashlytics automatically sends crash reports that include device model, OS version, and a stack trace. These reports never contain your name or email.
If you grant permission, we store a device token via Firebase Cloud Messaging to send you game invitations and turn reminders. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
If you make an in-app purchase, Apple or Google processes the transaction. We receive a receipt to verify and unlock premium content but do not store your payment details.
We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use your data for advertising.
Moon uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your profile, game history, and associated data within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be linked back to you.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights:
Moon is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at privacy@llsb.com.
We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit and Firebase Security Rules to restrict database access. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or email. Continued use of Moon after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
