Deleting your account will permanently erase your profile, game history, scores, and all associated data. This cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your Account

📱 Option 1: Delete in the App Fastest

This is the quickest way and takes effect immediately.

  1. Open the Moon app on your device
  2. Tap Settings (gear icon)
  3. Tap Account
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm when prompted
📧 Option 2: Submit a Request Below

Can't access the app? Fill out the form and we'll process your request within 7 business days.

✅ Request received! We'll send a confirmation to your email and process the deletion within 7 business days.
✉️ Option 3: Email Us Directly

Send an email from the address linked to your Moon account to privacy@llsb.com with the subject "Delete My Account". We will respond within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

Anonymised, aggregated analytics data (which cannot be linked back to you) may be retained for up to 90 days as part of routine analytics processing.
